Parental Rights
Congresswoman Lois Frankel has sided with out-of-control school boards and a corrupt Teacher’s Union to silence parents in exchange for financial and political support. I will fight for legislation protecting parents' rights as primary decision-makers in all matters affecting their children.
I believe parents know what is best for their children’s safety, health, and well-being. Parents should always have a say in matters affecting their children.
I will fight for Parental Rights through these actions:
- I will sponsor and support legislation that will return parents to their rightful position as primary decision-makers in all matters for their children.
- I will put forth a bill to eliminate the unilateral control of school boards and redistribute power to parents to decide their child’s educational path.
- I will sponsor and support legislation for school choice and fight for a voucher system so parents CAN use the money to move their children from failing schools. The money will follow the child, not the school.
- I will use the power of the State purse against reticent School Boards and put forth a bill imposing term limits.
